In line with measure 2.b of the RTI strategy for aviation 2020+, to establish RTI expert groups on strategic topics and develop detailed strategies, the Icing Strategy for the Austrian Aviation Sector 2030+ was worked out together with stakeholders of the Austrian icing community.
The aim of the strategy is to bundle diverse fields of competence in aviation-related confiscation and de-icing research in Austria in order to increase visibility at European and international level and thus to improve the strategic position of the national strength in global research, innovation and technology competition.
