The new strategy - the first update since 2015! - will focus on boosting competitiveness and resilience in the sector, and aims to
- accelerate the green and digital transitions
- mobilise investments in innovation
- ensure a level playing field
- strenghten the sector's capacity to respond to crises and security challenges.
With the new strategy, the Commission wants to safeguard Europe's industrial leadership in the sector, taking into account the different challenges the industry is faced with at present.
Whether you represent a research institute, an SME, an industrial company, or a university: the more input the Commission receives, the clearer the strategy will be. So don't hesitate - let the Commission know what you think the priorities for the future should be!
