SESAR Joint Undertaking

A Common Project is a deployment instrument established under Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 2013/409. It provides the legal framework for implementing strategic deployment objectives defined in the European ATM Master Plan.

The workshop will provide an opportunity to:

• Explore the enablers of tomorrow's digital sky, including the new service delivery model, future air–ground connectivity and trajectory-based operations (TBO).
• Join the dialogue on how Common Project 2 can help position Europe at the forefront of a safe, sustainable and secure connected global airspace.
• Provide feedback to help finalise the Common Project 2 proposal for handover to the European commission in October 2026.

Target Audience

The workshop is open to industry stakeholders, Member States and institutional partners involved in the implementation of the European ATM Master Plan.

Participant Information

• The workshop will be held in hybrid format, with the possibility to participate either in person or remotely. Kindly note that in-person participation is subject to capacity constraints and seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Online registration is mandatory.

Stakeholder consultation on draft proposal

As part of the consultation process, the draft CP2 proposal is now available for download and review ahead of the stakeholder workshop.

The document reflects the consolidated state of play at the time of publication and is intended to support structured feedback from stakeholders ahead of the finalisation of the proposal.

Stakeholders are invited to submit comments by July 8 at noon. Feedback should be provided using the consultation template and sent to cp2-openstakeholdersconsultation@sesarju.eu. Comments provided outside of the consultation template will not be processed.
