Info-Event: International JoinED Call 2025/26 - Shaping the future of aviation – multinational collaborations and aviation synergies
In support of a stronger cooperation in Aviation Research, the Signatories of the AREANA Synergy MoU Group have agreed to publish their first JoinED Call, to be applicable for funding programmes starting after 15th October 2025 which are able to deliver a preliminary funding indication till latest 31st of October 2026. The Webinar will provide an overview of the JoinED Call 2025/26, the participating funding entities will focus on the applied national rules for application and the possibilities for international cooperation.

Content Description
The call purpose is to fund transnational research focussing on wide range of aviation related topics, in particular but not exclusively (national restrictions may apply):
- Alternative, climate-neutral drive technologies (open to all energy sources),
- Reduction of energy demand, and
- Increased competitiveness, performance and operational efficiency of aviation
- Improvements in safety, resource efficiency and reduction of the ecological footprint
7 funding organisations from 5 countries, Austria, Germany, the Netherlands, Romania and the United Kingdom, are participating in this joined call.
