Process overview
- The Pitching registration form will be available until 15 January (2025), for both entities wishing to participate in the event without pitching, and those intending to join with a pitch presentation (template and guidelines included below).
- On-site participation is mandatory for entities interested in delivering a pitch.
- Confirmation of selected Pitching Presentations and attendees by 31 January 2025.
- The PITCH-ATHLON will take place on 13 February 2025 in Brussels (Clean Aviation's premises - White Atrium).

PITCH-ATHLON Participation Eligibility Criteria
Who can participate?
Every person aiming to connect with other entities for potential collaboration for proposals connected to Call 3 topics on Regional (REG), Short-Medium-Range (SMR), and Fast Track Areas (FTAs).
How many pitches are accepted per entity?
- Only 1 Pitching presentation per SMR Thrust
- Only 1 Pitching presentation per REG Thrust
Pitching presentations in connection with FTAs will be considered in the relevant Thrust.
How many professionals can participate and/or present per entity?
Only 3 attendees maximum per entity in Brussels considering both participants following the event and those pitching.

Please note that Clean Aviation reserves the right to review and select submitted pitching materials to ensure engaging and streamlined pitch sessions within the limited time and space available.
Selection will be based on relevance to the call topics, clarity and quality of information, and adherence to the provided template and guidelines.
Submissions focused primarily on business or entity promotion rather than technical activities will not be considered. These criteria ensure that the most relevant and impactful pitches are presented during the event.
Travel Grants for applicants from Widening countries
Are you from a Widening Country?
The NCP_WIDERA.NET project partners have launched a 'travel grants programme' to support participation of applicants from Widening Countries to Pillar II clusters and European partnerships brokerage events organised on-site.
Travel Grants coordination and management including questions will be exclusively handled by this project. For more info, please contact the project.
